Terms and Conditions for Clevedon Hypnosis

1. Services Offered

I provide hypnotherapy services both in-person and online. Treatments are designed to assist with various issues but are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

2. Practitioner Qualifications

I am a registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Register and holds professional indemnity insurance.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential, except where required by law or if there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

4. Session Duration and Fees

Initial consultations take between 1 and 1 and a half hours and cost £65

Subsequent consultations take around an hour and cost £65.

A payment package is available, which includes the initial session plus 4 more sessions at a cost of £250.

Payment for online sessions is required at the time of booking, while payment for in-person sessions is due at the conclusion of each session. If a payment package is agreed upon, the first session will be exempted from immediate payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

6. Online Sessions
7. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space for online sessions.
8. In case of technical difficulties, the therapist will attempt to reconnect or reschedule the session.

7. Client Responsibilities
8. Provide accurate and complete information about their health and circumstances.
9. Inform the therapist of any changes in their condition or medications.
10. Actively participate in the therapeutic process.

8. Therapist Responsibilities
9. Provide professional, ethical, and competent hypnotherapy services.
10. Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge in hypnotherapy practices.

9. Results and Guarantees

While we strive for positive outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results as they vary from person to person.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue treatment if we believe it is not in the client’s best interest to continue.

11. Complaints Procedure

If you have any concerns, please discuss them with your therapist. If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact the National Hypnotherapy Register.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.
